Atlas Copco Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Pune, India to bridge business needs and engineering solutions for embedded product development projects. This role involves working with Japanese customers and global engineering teams, requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with Japanese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
Act as the primary interface between Japanese customers and engineering teams.
Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with Embedded Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Testing teams.
Support Agile development, backlog management, and requirement traceability.
Drive process improvements and support product development initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.

Requirements

At least 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Japanese language proficiency.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Ability to work directly with Japanese customers and global teams.

Desired Qualifications

Exposure to Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, IoT, or Product Engineering preferred.
Experience in Embedded Product Development, Industrial Controllers, Embedded Linux, Firmware, or Electronics domains.
