Ansvarsområden

Ensure efficient flow of authorised work through the workshop and maintain quality in all workmanship.
Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices.
Assist the branch manager in monitoring risk management programs and identifying/controlling hazards.
Motivate the Workshop Team for effective customer outcomes and optimum efficiency.
Support Team Leaders in providing guidance to Technicians.

Krav

Relevant technical qualifications and proven experience in the repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Previous experience in a dealership position.
Previous Supervisory / Management experience.
Experience leading a team of technicians and apprentices.
Experience and awareness of OHS&E requirements and standards.
Heavy Combination Drivers Licence or willingness to obtain one.
