Ansvarsområden
- Lead complex RFx, supplier selections, negotiations and contracting.
- Turn business needs and segment direction into effective sourcing approaches.
- Work across different indirect procurement segments and supplier markets.
- Create competition and challenge established solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders, Legal, Finance and other procurement colleagues.
- Balance cost, quality, sustainability, risk and business needs.
- Lead and support challenging supplier and commercial situations.
- Coach Sourcing Specialists and share sourcing experience.
- Help develop common sourcing processes, tools and ways of working.
- Explore and apply e-auctions, digital sourcing, automation and autonomous sourcing.
Krav
- Strong experience in sourcing, procurement or category management.
- Experience from two or more indirect procurement segments, preferably across Machinery, Energy, Digital and/or Professional Services.
- A strong track record of leading complex sourcing activities and negotiations.
- Good understanding of supplier markets, commercial agreements and cost drivers.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and balancing different business needs.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
- The ability to influence, collaborate and create clarity in complex situations.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience helping establish or transform a sourcing or procurement organisation.
- Experience developing sourcing processes, tools or ways of working.
- Hands-on experience with e-auctions or digital sourcing platforms.
- Experience introducing automation or autonomous sourcing into procurement.
- Experience helping others grow their sourcing competence.
