Electrolux Group is looking for a detail-oriented RTR Accountant or Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the North American region. This role, based in Krakow, involves performing accounting tasks, reconciliations, and journal entries, supporting period-end closing, and improving processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP.

Ansvarsområden

Performing General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and posting journal entries, including month-end accruals
Supporting period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelines
Maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring timely reporting
Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement

Krav

Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
Solid accounting knowledge, including the ability to prepare financial statements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory)
Experience working with SAP
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and JDE is a strong advantage
Availability to work afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per month
