Transcom is seeking a Workplace AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI tools, particularly Google's AI suite, across its global workforce. This role focuses on empowering non-IT employees to leverage AI for increased productivity and efficiency, transforming daily workflows and fostering a culture of AI innovation.
Ansvarsområden
- Own the adoption of AI tools like Gemini Enterprise and Google NotebookLM, aiming for widespread and indispensable usage across the business.
- Build and manage a network of internal champions to foster AI tool adoption organically within their teams.
- Enable teams to create repeatable AI solutions for documentation, analysis, and onboarding tasks.
- Evaluate new Workspace AI features, filtering for genuinely useful tools and communicating their business value in non-technical terms.
- Ensure everyday practice aligns with established security, privacy, and ethical AI principles.
- Gather field intelligence from champions and provide leadership with adoption metrics and success stories.
Krav
- Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Advanced, NotebookLM, or equivalent tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude.
- Deep working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to explain complex AI capabilities in simple, non-technical language.
- A pragmatic approach focused on time-saving workflows over impressive technical features.
- Ability to influence, inspire, coach, and build networks of advocates without direct authority.
- Confidence in facilitating live sessions (demos, lunch-and-learns, Q&A).
- Solid understanding of and respect for enterprise compliance, security, and data privacy principles.
- Experience in digital adoption, enablement, product/platform ownership, or a technical/analytical role in a large distributed organization.
- A degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- English verbal and written communication skills at C1 level or higher.
- Well-developed communication skills, team player mentality, and willingness to share best practices.

- The role is open to candidates in Croatia ideally, but candidates based in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain or Tunisia will also be considered.
