This role involves managing warehouse operations, including inventory, material staging, receiving, dispatching, and safety compliance, with a focus on supporting installation projects. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in warehouse management software.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock audits.
Prepare materials for install projects and assist installers.
Manage core returns to vendors or internal departments.
Maintain accurate levels of field supplies.
Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
Coordinate dispatch of materials to construction sites.
Receipt of PO’s in BAAN.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies for timely delivery.
Optimize logistics processes for cost reduction and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage PPE for field technicians.
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse with efficient storage solutions.
Generate reports on inventory, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Complete deliveries and assist on installations as needed.

Krav

Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices and inventory control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
High school diploma or GED.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and make improvements.
Quality conscious with a high degree of accuracy.
At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
At least one year of experience in a cycle counting process.
Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Some ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience.
Ability to lift at least 110 lbs.
Willingness to spend significant time on the manufacturing floor.
