Identify and minimize risks from fraud patterns and trends.
Investigate suspicious activity and behavior posing risks to Amazon, customers, or merchants.
Conduct deep dives into complex cases.
Enforce Amazon's Policy Guidelines to maintain site quality.
Take action based on procedures or escalate when necessary.
Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards.
Communicate via email and telephone with customers to make risk-related decisions.
Participate in special projects and collaborate with business teams.

Krav

Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating complex issues clearly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with minimal guidance.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems with keen attention to detail and identify unfamiliar MOs.
Exceptionally strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on quality and customer experience.
Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to adapt easily to change and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
