Renault Trucks Scotland is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Dealerpoint Manager to lead their Bellshill team. This role involves managing operational and financial performance, driving workshop productivity and parts sales, developing customer relationships, and coaching the team to achieve business objectives and continuous improvement.

Ansvarsområden

Managing budgets, profit and loss, costs and operational KPIs.
Driving workshop productivity, parts sales and Genuine Renault Service performance.
Developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and improving customer satisfaction (CSI).
Leading, coaching and developing the team, with a focus on employee engagement and succession planning.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Working with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and continuous improvement.
Maintain high operational standards and ensure the consistent application of Genuine Renault Service processes.
Complete audits and management reports as required, providing accurate information and recommendations to support business decisions.

Krav

Management experience within a dealership, aftersales, workshop or parts environment.
A good understanding of budgets, financial reporting and operational KPIs.
Experience in motivating, coaching and developing teams.
Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of HGVs, warranty processes and operator licensing regulations would be advantageous.
