Ansvarsområden

Act as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners.
Troubleshoot delivery partner issues and identify concerns.
Provide process improvement suggestions.
Communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
Provide/expedite prompt and efficient service to delivery partners.
Manage sensitive cases by escalating through the appropriate channels.
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends.

Krav

Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
Good comprehension skills to clearly understand and state customer issues.
Ability to concentrate without distraction to resolve customer issues.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.
Excellent typing skills.
Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Experience in logistics, or experience in an operational role.
