I korthet

As a Transportation Representative at TOC, you will facilitate information flow between stakeholders and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity. You will manage inbound and outbound operations, analyze data, and drive process improvements while working in a 24/7 environment.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitate information flow between Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses and resolve issues.
Manage Inbound Operations: ensure timely pick-up and delivery from Vendors/Carriers/FCs.
Manage Outbound Operations: ensure timely departure from FCs for customer deliveries.
Research and query internal tools to resolve issues and make real-time decisions.
Analyze data, identify trends, and drive customer experience improvements.
Communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Ideate and drive process improvements to conclusion.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Pull data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL) and perform ad hoc reporting.
Develop and understand performance metrics.
Scope business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
Systematically escalate problems and follow through on resolutions.
Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs in a 24/7 environment.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable speaking directly with North America based business customers.
Strong attention to detail with ability to research and validate data accurately.
Working knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven, 24/7 shift-based environment.
Ability to consistently meet productivity and quality targets within defined time windows.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with Geo Studio, SIM, or similar Amazon internal tools.
Experience working directly with external or business customers over phone or email.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Exposure to QuickSight.
