Arla Global Shared Services in Gdańsk is seeking a Trainee to support Order to Cash and Customer Operations processes. This role is ideal for individuals at the start of their careers, offering hands-on experience in finance and customer service within an international organization. The position requires advanced English and German language skills and involves a hybrid work model.

Ansvarsområden

Support daily Customer Operations and Order to Cash activities.
Ensure smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient cash collection.
Process customer orders and maintain order flow in internal systems.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, and invoicing.
Register, monitor, and help resolve customer disputes and queries.
Support collection activities by following up on outstanding receivables.
Assist with invoicing activities, including issuing invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

Krav

Ongoing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Linguistics or a related field.
Advanced English and German language skills (minimum B2 level).
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Interest in finance, customer service, and business processes within an international organization.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.
