Looking for a Third-Party Vendor Coordination Lead to manage coordination between external vendors and internal project teams. The role will track vendor deliverables, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations while ensuring effective communication and timely completion of project activities. Strong vendor management, stakeholder communication, governance, and project coordination skills are required.

Ansvarsområden

Act as the primary coordination point between the project team and third-party vendors.
Coordinate vendor onboarding, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, and project activities.
Track vendor commitments, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
Facilitate communication between vendors, technical teams, project management, and business stakeholders.
Coordinate vendor access, environment readiness, documentation, testing, and deployment dependencies.
Monitor contractual/SLA-related deliverables and escalate delays or blockers.
Conduct regular vendor status reviews and maintain governance/status reporting.
Support multiple vendors during modernization, migration, remediation, and implementation activities.

Krav

Strong vendor and stakeholder management.
Project coordination and delivery management.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.
Experience working with technical/application teams and third-party service providers.
Familiarity with Agile/project-management practices and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams and drive activities to closure.
