Scania seeks a Service Salesperson in Maribor, Slovenia to advise customers on vehicle services like maintenance, repair contracts, insurance, and fleet management. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing deals within an international company.

Ansvarsområden

Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers.
Advise customers and prepare offers for Scania services, including maintenance and repair contracts, drivetrain insurance, driver training, and fleet management services.
Present solutions, agree on commercial terms, and close deals.
Work closely with workshop, sales, Scania Finance, and other teams.
Monitor results and support long-term customer satisfaction.

Krav

At least two years of experience in active B2B sales.
Commercial understanding of customer businesses.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on results.
A proactive, independent approach and an interest in working with customers.
A valid category B driving licence.
Active knowledge of English and at least one of the following languages: Croatian, Serbian, or Bosnian.
