As a Track Lead in Support & Operations, you will drive operational excellence, manage client SLAs, and lead teams. You will leverage expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, and SCCM to enhance systems, optimize processes, and deliver tailored solutions for client requirements.

Ansvarsområden

Enhance operational systems using Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM for improved reporting, information flow, and process optimization.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and ensure support team meets expectations using SCCM for system management and deployment.
Lead and mentor the project team, communicating project goals and aligning efforts with operational objectives.
Introduce innovative ideas and improvements in operational processes using insights from Microsoft Hyper-V environments and SCCM functionalities.
Provide tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements, utilizing Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM to enhance service delivery and achieve business results.

Krav

Proficient in Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM with a strong understanding of virtualization and cloud solutions.
Solid experience with SCCM for system management, application deployment, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate project goals clearly.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
