We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our innovative team at IKEA. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing digital foundation assets to ensure seamless operations in a retail environment. Ansvarsområden

Manage the lifecycle of all digital foundation assets in the country within a defined region, aligned with Ingka standard operating procedures.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of the digital foundation products for co-workers in a customer experience led way.
Proactively support efficient on-site project implementation efforts for new digital products.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine activities, and contribute to financial and technical measures to avoid business interruptions.

Krav

University degree and 1 year of related experience, or minimum 3 years of related experience.
Must have open availability Monday through Sunday.
Experience in a retail environment.
