Join the GSD SDU India RAN Global Support team as a Technical Solution Engineer. You will provide expert product support, resolve complex customer issues, and collaborate with global teams on RAN and telecom technologies. The role requires experience in RAN software support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of 5G RAN architecture and protocols.

Ansvarsområden

Provide expert product support and act as a final technical escalation point.
Resolve complex customer issues and contribute to product stability and service quality.
Collaborate with global customers and development teams to investigate and resolve critical issues.
Provide hands-on exposure to RAN and telecom technologies, automation, and AI.
Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
Analyze issues reported by customers, gather data, and find suitable solutions.
Work with assigned tickets using support tools according to global support processes.
Collaborate and communicate in an international environment with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Provide solutions to customer problems according to established processes and contracted Service Level Agreements.
Handle additional contracted services such as pre-emptive and software update handling.

Krav

RAN Level /Level-3 Support Experience Required
Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in RAN Software Support/Troubleshooting
Strong Knowledge of 5G RAN, NR NSA, NR SA and ESS RAN and Core Network Architecture.
Strong understanding of RAN Protocols and Procedures.
Competence in Analyzing L3, L2 and Physical layer traces and Error.
Competent in developing quick understanding of New 5G Features and Functionality.
Basic Knowledge about 5G core and EPC Functionalities.
Basic Understanding RAN tuning and Optimization techniques.
