We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead a technical team in delivering complex products and solutions. The role involves setting technical direction, managing risks, and fostering an environment for high-quality outcomes, requiring strong technical and leadership skills.

Ansvarsområden

Engage in detailed discussions with customers about their technology strategy and key bottlenecks.
Evaluate customer's technological environment, business requirements and plans.
Identify areas for customer improvement and potential hurdles related to technology and business.
Act as a CSR in the Core-3 squad, or a similar role overseeing solution scopes.
Collaborate with Core-3 team to generate lists of potential activities and solutions.
Contribute to the development and presentation of business case modeling and technical argumentation.

Krav

Significant experience in a technical engineering, architecture, software, cloud, network, delivery, or operations role.
Experience leading technical teams, workstreams, projects, or complex technical initiatives.
Strong knowledge of [target technology domain, products, platforms, or services].
Demonstrated experience with technical planning, solution design, architecture, integration, delivery, or lifecycle management.
Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, quality, security, and operational readiness.
Strong understanding of engineering or service-delivery practices, including relevant Agile, DevOps, ITIL, systems engineering, or project-management methods.
Ability to understand business and customer needs and translate them into clear technical priorities and outcomes.
Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience coaching people, giving feedback, setting expectations, and supporting individual and team development.
Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and delivery orientation.

Förmåner

Relevant technical, architecture, project-management, or leadership certifications are an advantage.
Willingness to work across locations and travel when required by customers, projects, or business needs.
