Autoliv is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support Supply Chain digital transformation. This hybrid role focuses on bridging SCM business needs with technical implementation, utilizing AI, automation, and process analysis to drive innovation and deliver value.

Ansvarsområden

Partner with SCM stakeholders to identify digitalization, automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution concepts.
Assess solution options, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
Define and document system integrations, APIs, data flows, and data requirements.
Support scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate solution ideas.
Apply AI, automation, and modern digital tools to improve SCM solutions.
Define data, reporting, analytics, KPI, and data-quality requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
Contribute to issue and root-cause analysis of existing SCM digital solutions.

Krav

Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and enterprise applications.
Good technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, data models, reporting, and application architecture.
Ability to translate business challenges into clear, developer-ready functional and technical requirements.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform).
Ability to create mockups, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Self-driven and curious, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
