Ansvarsområden

Lead business transformation projects to improve Services operations, enable scale, and strengthen customer outcomes.
Partner with leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable project plans.
Manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
Bring structure to complex initiatives by clarifying decisions, ownership, timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
Provide clear status updates, actionable recommendations, and early visibility into issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive process, system, and operating model changes.
Drive accountability for commitments, decisions, and deliverables across teams.
Support post-launch adoption to ensure initiatives deliver expected business value.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs in a global organization.
Demonstrated experience translating business cases or strategies into project plans with clear milestones and measurable results.
Facilitation skills to drive conversations leading to decision-making, process/service design, scope definition, and consensus.
Strong skills in project planning, risk management, facilitation, and executive communication.
Experience driving change management and communications for owned initiatives.
Experience partnering with IT teams or external vendors on system or process implementations.
Ability to identify gaps and provide feedback to project team members.
English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with business transformation, commercial systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, or quoting tools), or process change initiatives.
Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience leading change management and driving user adoption.
Experience with omnichannel projects (e-commerce, internal and partner-led sales).
