Ansvarsområden
- Drive customer order execution according to plan, prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Coordinate between different processes and support functions.
- Maintain high shop floor presence to reduce waste and improve team engagement.
- Secure the safety of people, processes, and products.
- Run capacity & scheduling meetings and escalate resource needs.
- Write, audit, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage cost accounts for people, consumables, and repairs.
- Drive performance, improvement meetings, and related activities.
- Control quality, deviations, and line stops.
- Set and follow up on targets for the team and individual employees.
- Execute audits according to the Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and drive improvements in related areas.
- Run improvement activities for ergonomics, standard times, rework, and scrap.
- Develop standard work for primary areas for oneself and the team.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
- Experience with improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Knowledge of production finance.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Candidates must reside in the US or have an established presence in the area.
