Ansvarsområden

Source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates.
Pull appropriate reports for data-based engagement discussions.
Proactively communicate requisition-level hiring status and updates to hiring managers.
Review personal data metrics to evaluate own role within the department's performance metrics.
Collaborate and develop effective working relationships with partners within and outside the team.
Apply understanding of tools (e.g., Sourcing Platforms, ATS, CRM) and strategies to build a network.
Quickly identify and hire qualified candidates for multiple workstreams.

Krav

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.
2+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics, program management, designing and implementing process improvements, and strategic workforce planning.
1+ year of work experience in a global matrixed organization.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Leverages knowledge and principles of TA programs, policies, processes, labor laws (where applicable), interviewing, compensation, negotiation, business, and industry factors.
Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information.
May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
