Ansvarsområden

- Perform SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Monitor application alerts and production queues.
- Collaborate with development teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding incidents and resolutions.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role and related technologies.
- Ready to work on 24/7 shift (rotational shift).
- Ability to resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to minimize recurring production issues through effective root cause analysis.
- Ability to deliver accurate SQL analysis and data validation.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain high-quality documentation.
