The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for synchronizing supply and demand signals and driving cross-functional execution across the company. This role involves managing build and purchase plans, optimizing inventory, identifying supply bottlenecks, and participating in S&OP/S&OE processes to meet customer demand and business targets.

Ansvarsområden

Schedule build plans and purchase plans in the system to meet demand forecast.
Manage and optimize inventory at every production stage.
Collaborate with foundry/OSAT planning, Operations, and Engineering teams to identify supply bottlenecks.
Manage constraints and optimize supply to meet customer demand and achieve business targets.
Perform scenario analysis to understand the impact of material shortages and demand changes under critical constraints.
Implement mitigation actions to minimize customer impact.
Maintain and validate master data and planning parameter integrity.
Collaborate with Quality and related teams to evaluate the potential impact on supply continuity caused by quality issues.
Rebalance the supply plan accordingly and ensure timely mitigation actions.
Participate in S&OP/S&OE process and partner with business units, capacity planning, and sourcing to align the long-term business plan.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, strengthen operational performance, and support the organization’s strategic priorities.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong understanding of planning systems.
Strong understanding of S&OP process.
Proven analytical skills.
Knowledge in problem-solving.
Complex modeling skills.
Ability to drive corrective actions in a matrix environment.
Excels in cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, constraint-driven production environment.
