The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for synchronizing supply and demand signals and driving cross-functional execution across the company. This role involves managing build and purchase plans, optimizing inventory, identifying supply bottlenecks, and participating in S&OP/S&OE processes to meet customer demand and business targets.
Responsibilities
- Schedule build plans and purchase plans in the system to meet demand forecast.
- Manage and optimize inventory at every production stage.
- Collaborate with foundry/OSAT planning, Operations, and Engineering teams to identify supply bottlenecks.
- Manage constraints and optimize supply to meet customer demand and achieve business targets.
- Perform scenario analysis to understand the impact of material shortages and demand changes under critical constraints.
- Implement mitigation actions to minimize customer impact.
- Maintain and validate master data and planning parameter integrity.
- Collaborate with Quality and related teams to evaluate the potential impact on supply continuity caused by quality issues.
- Rebalance the supply plan accordingly and ensure timely mitigation actions.
- Participate in S&OP/S&OE process and partner with business units, capacity planning, and sourcing to align the long-term business plan.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, strengthen operational performance, and support the organization’s strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong understanding of planning systems.
- Strong understanding of S&OP process.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Knowledge in problem-solving.
- Complex modeling skills.
- Ability to drive corrective actions in a matrix environment.
- Excels in cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, constraint-driven production environment.
