Ansvarsområden
- Interface with customer to promote Atlas Copco's excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges.
- Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network.
Krav
- 3-5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
