IKEA Hammersmith seeks Store Assistants to provide excellent customer service and support fulfilment by picking orders and replenishing stock. This part-time, permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment.

Ansvarsområden

Help customers throughout their shopping journey.
Support fulfilment by picking orders, replenishing stock and keeping shelves full, tidy and ready for shoppers.
Provide an inspirational shopping experience for customers working across various departments.
Support sales by ensuring areas of responsibility are clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
Communicate clearly and courteously, listening carefully to understand and resolve queries.
Carry out physically active tasks, including lifting and moving products safely.

Krav

Previous experience in warehousing, replenishment or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive approach, enjoy working on different tasks throughout the day, enthusiastic about being part of the team and can work without supervision.
Computer literate and able to work with technology.
Prioritise and organise own work to make efficient use of time with great attention to detail.
Customer-first mindset and enjoy the versatility of working in a different area each day.

Förmåner

Competitive hourly rate of £14.80 per hour.
30 hours per week, working 5 days per week, including day shift, evenings and three in four weekends.
