Arla is seeking an M&E Technician for its Lockerbie site, supporting a new UHT facility, dairy, and creamery operations. The role involves delivering maintenance, diagnosing faults, and supporting engineering projects. Ideal candidates have a manufacturing background and strong problem-solving skills.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance across UHT plant, dairy, and creamery operations.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment faults to maximize plant reliability and minimize downtime.
Support engineering projects, equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities.
Use structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Krav

Engineering background gained within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance.
Practical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Electrical, Mechanical, Multi-Skilled Engineer, or Welder/Fabricator background.
Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or other industrial environments is highly beneficial.
