Ansvarsområden

Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs.
Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions.
Spearhead the development and commercialization of the Qualcomm AI Runtime.
Push the limits of performance for large AI models on-device.
Deploy large C/C++ software stacks using best practices.
Stay on the cutting edge of GenAI advancements, understanding LLMs/Transformers and edge-based deployment nuances.
Integrate cutting edge GenAI models on Qualcomm chipsets.
Design inference engines for GenAI models on-device without cloud connection.
Optimize power-efficient hardware and software stacks for LLMs and LVMs.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering experience; OR Master's degree and 5+ years of experience; OR PhD and 4+ years of experience.
3+ years of work experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Strong hands-on C++ experience is mandatory.
Master’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
15 years of relevant work experience in software development.
Strong in C++ programming, Design Patterns and OS concepts.
Experience with optimizing algorithms for AI hardware accelerators (like CPU/GPU/NPU).
Strong in C/C++ programming, Design Patterns and OS concepts.
Strong understanding of Generative AI models – LLM, LVM, LMMs and building blocks (self-attention, cross attention, kv caching etc.).
Floating-point, Fixed-point representations and Quantization concepts.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Good communication skills (verbal, presentation, written).
Ability to collaborate across a globally diverse team and multiple interests.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Strictly for ML _Edge AI inference_ SDK development on embedded systems — not Applied AI, Data Science, or ML model training roles.
Python alone is not acceptable, and C is not sufficient.
Hyderabad only, 5 days onsite in office.
Candidates must be willing to relocate.
