Ansvarsområden
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries with precision and attention to detail
- Support Accounts Payable activities by GL Coding invoices
- Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts to maintain financial accuracy
- Prepare and analyze sales and use tax returns
- Contribute to special projects as an active team member, offering your financial expertise
- Assess and recommend improvements to day-to-day procedures and controls
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests for information and reports
- Thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively to achieve common goals
- Demonstrate commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Krav
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional work experience supporting financial and accounting initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen using MS Excel: v-lookups, pivots, and macros.
- Proficiency in working with different systems to retrieve and analyze data.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with business partners.
- Limited travel with a potential of up to 5% if necessary (domestic).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with Power BI, Business Objects, JD Edwards, and/or OneStream preferred
- Solid foundation in accounting and motivated to grow with our global organization
- Knowledge of accounting principles in accordance with GAAP
