Ansvarsområden

Drive multiple critical programs for WW ASIN Localization, ensuring successful delivery of business goals.
Structure programs to launch new processes, identify and rectify defects across existing portfolios.
Manage multiple portfolios simultaneously and coordinate with multiple internal Amazon teams.
Work with internal teams (Engineering/Product Management) to identify opportunities and set up new processes from scratch.
Collaborate with product management/Engineering teams to understand program requirements and develop solutions for automation.
Manage stakeholders (Business/Tech) and collaborate effectively to deliver on joint goals.
Identify defects, deep dive root causes, and work out short-term and long-term solutions.
Use industry-proven tools such as lean/six sigma to drive operational efficiencies and quality improvement.
Develop team goals and metrics, secure stakeholder buy-in, and report progress.
Address situations of low workload forecast, varying customer priorities, and changing workload mix.
Serve as a single-threaded leader for complex, cross-functional escalations.
Transform fragmented ownership into end-to-end resolution.
Shift teams from reactive problem-solving to proactive quality assurance.
Establish centralized project plans anchored by measurable P0 metrics.
Make data-driven decisions using excellent SQL skills.
Translate business impact into actionable roadmaps with clear success criteria.
Coordinate between technical teams (BIE, Tech, Product) and business partners.
Establish standardized SLAs and escalation protocols.
Restructure teams through cross-training programs and resource optimization.
Build mechanisms and create scalable frameworks for defect identification and reduction.
Develop AI-powered feedback loops that scale quality improvements.
Secure executive alignment and drive implementation timelines.

Krav

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Ability to drive alignment amongst stakeholders
Excellent SQL skills
Stakeholder management excellence
Technical acumen to understand catalog architectural enhancements and system behaviors

Önskade kvalifikationer

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
