Ansvarsområden
- Lead a global product and applications engineering organization guiding customers through the full SoC journey using Synopsys interface IPs (DDR, HBM, high-speed interfaces).
- Own execution quality and outcomes for customer engagements, from IP configuration and integration to silicon bring-up and production.
- Act as a trusted partner to customer engineering leadership, shaping collaboration models and technical engagement strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to translate customer challenges into technical strategies and influence IP roadmaps.
- Champion AI and digital transformation, promoting AI tool adoption and defining success metrics for efficiency and quality.
- Build, mentor, and retain senior technical leaders and experts across a distributed team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
Krav
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry leadership experience.
- Recognized expertise in silicon development, silicon bring-up, and validation, especially with memory and high-speed interface technologies (DDR, HBM).
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global engineering organizations.
- Hands-on experience with SoC development (design, verification, implementation, IP development/integration).
- Exceptional executive-level communication and influence skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional strategy and execution.
