We are looking for a Sr. Cloud Solution Architect – Copilot & Agent to guide federal agencies in their AI transformation journey using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. This remote, customer-facing role requires US citizenship and focuses on creating business value and ROI through advanced AI solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Serve as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value through AI Transformation, translating customer challenges into high ROI solutions.
Lead architectural design and engage technical decision-makers to drive adoption and ensure sustained customer success.
Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and accelerate customer AI transformation.
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to inform internal strategy.
Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous learning in AI, Copilot, and change management.
Embody company culture and values.

Krav

Verification of U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience in relevant fields.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.
4+ years experience working on technical projects.
5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role OR 5+ years experience working on technical M365/Power Platform/Copilot Studio projects.
Deep knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of Cloud/collaboration environments.
Certifications in M365 fundamentals, M365 Copilot fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform/Copilot Studio platforms, Microsoft Azure fundamentals, Cloud Security, Teams Administration, SharePoint, or PROSCI/Change Management are preferred.
Business Analysis skills: Identify business needs, determine solutions, process improvement, organizational change, strategic planning.
Relationship Building: Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives.
Experience managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus.
