Emerson is looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to support employees and leaders in various HR functions like employee relations, talent management, and HR operations. Ansvarsområden

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and programs.
Provide operational HR support across employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, learning and development, reporting, and workforce administration.
Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, metrics, dashboards, and workforce insights.
Coordinate training and development activities, identifying learning needs and supporting programs.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including job documentation and orientation support.
Support compensation and benefits activities, including data analysis and reporting.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR-related projects.
Collaborate with HR colleagues, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver HR services.

Krav

Experience supporting business operations, employee services, human resources, or related administrative functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of HR processes, systems, or employee-related programs.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Experience supporting human resources functions within a multinational or matrix organization.
Experience with HR information systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, benefits, or employee relations processes.
Experience creating HR dashboards, metrics, and management presentations.
Additional language skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization initiatives.
