The Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team seeks a Sr. Compliance Associate-Quality Analyst to perform daily quality audits, identify anomalies, and propose solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or data administration, with proficiency in Excel.

Ansvarsområden

Performs quality audits on a daily basis using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and achieves self-utilization, productivity and quality as per defined targets.
Comprehends SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities.
Identifies anomalies through audits (SOP defects, Process gaps etc.).
Uses knowledge and identifies defect/s & preliminary root causes, explains the rationale.
Proposes solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones with managers.
Expertise in research – finding specific information (eg: products, regulations etc) in a timely manner.
Prepares key insight trends and share reports on regular basis.
Provide feedbacks to the associates and close loop on audit observations.
Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to Lead/Manager.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration experience
Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis

Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business
Licensed customs broker
Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
Experience in customs
