IKEA Timisoara is looking for a Business Navigation Analyst to support unit leaders and stakeholders with analysis and recommendations to enhance decision-making and business performance. This role involves connecting business data with operational reality to identify opportunities and guide strategic choices.

Ansvarsområden

Prepare, distribute, and communicate reliable analysis, insights, plans, and recommendations.
Support business leaders with performance follow-up by analyzing results, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Contribute to the development of business opportunities, projects, and initiatives.
Monitor and support the steering of business and operational activities to fulfil goals.
Assess new ways of working and improvement opportunities, advising on clear actions.
Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend cost-effective options.

Krav

Good understanding of business analysis, business navigation, controlling, finance, operations, or similar business topics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reliable insights, plans, and recommendations.
Curiosity to understand business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate them into clear actions.
Good communication skills to explain analysis and recommendations simply and relevantly.
Ability to work with leaders and stakeholders to support performance follow-up, business planning, and development of initiatives.
Ability to evaluate different solutions and recommend practical, cost-effective ways forward.
Advanced English language skills.
Advanced Romanian language skills.
