Responsible for end-to-end operations of the cloud platform, ensuring availability, reliability, security, and performance. This role involves troubleshooting issues on AWS and Azure, performing infrastructure engineering tasks, and developing Infrastructure as Code. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Ansvarsområden

Provide end-to-end operations and monitoring of the cloud platform to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
Respond to incidents and escalate them to appropriate teams.
Provide support and expertise to troubleshoot issues on Public Cloud (AWS and Azure) Platform or hosted Workloads.
Perform infrastructure engineering activities including platform upgrades, image patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to incident root cause analysis and drive improvements.
Participate in security incident response and investigation.
Execute capacity management to ensure the platform is not constrained by increased adoption.
Execute Pre Flight checks for silent running of the Public Cloud.
Create and update capability and service playbooks and runbook documentation.
Develop Infrastructure as Code to manage and provision cloud resources.
Create and modify curated services and patterns based on customer requirements.

Krav

Experience with Public Cloud (AWS and Azure) Platform or hosted Workloads.
Experience in infrastructure engineering for platform upgrades, image patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge to lead discussions and drive tangible improvements in incident root cause analysis.
Experience in security incident response and investigation.
Experience in capacity management.
Familiarity with Pre Flight checks.
Ability to create and update capability and service playbooks and runbook documentation.
Proficiency in developing Infrastructure as Code.
Experience creating and modifying curated services and patterns.
