HCLTech is looking for a Sr. Administrator for Support & Operations in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The role involves developing automation scripts using Python, managing cloud resources on Azure and AWS with Terraform, and configuring Dynatrace for monitoring and observability.

Ansvarsområden

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python for monitoring onboarding, validation checks, service discovery, API integrations, and data processing.
Automate Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, including modular deployments and multi cloud provisioning.
Implement configuration automation and server orchestration using Ansible.
Automate Dynatrace OneAgent installation, tag rules, dashboards, alerting profiles, and management zone creation.
Deploy and manage cloud resources across Azure and AWS using Terraform.
Enable cloud observability for compute, networking, serverless, container workloads, logs, and metrics.
Work with cloud teams to ensure visibility into critical services and hybrid environments.
Perform root cause analysis and performance troubleshooting using Dynatrace dashboards, extensions, service flows, and logs.
Collaborate with application owners to improve observability practices and drive adoption.
Contribute to observability standards, templates, and best practices.
Ensure monitoring consistency across regions, BUs, and environments.
Evaluate observability gaps and propose automation-based solutions.

Krav

Strong expertise in Python (automation, API integration, file handling, retries, exception handling, logging).
Hands-on experience building IaC using Terraform in enterprise environments.
Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management, provisioning, and orchestration.
Understanding of Azure and AWS: VMs, networking, load balancers, IAM concepts, monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor), serverless and container workloads.
Deep experience with Dynatrace: OneAgent deployment (Windows/Linux), Management Zones, Tagging Rules, Problem notifications, integrations, Custom dashboards & metrics, Distributed tracing and log ingestion.
Strong understanding of observability pillars: metrics, logs, traces, and SLIs/SLOs.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AKS/EKS.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow Change, Incident, CMDB).
Scripting knowledge in Bash or PowerShell.
