Microsoft India is seeking a senior technical leader with strong C++/C# skills and AI passion to shape the future of Windows agentic experiences. You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex AI features reaching hundreds of millions of customers, focusing on performance, reliability, and responsible AI.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the architecture and design of complex, cross-team AI and agentic features on Windows.
Deliver high-quality, performant code, with a focus on latency, memory and reliability across a wide range of devices.
Define quality and success metrics for AI experiences, including evaluation, reliability and responsible AI.
Work with product, design and data science partners to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped customer value.
Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar through modern, AI-assisted practices.

Krav

12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, such as LLMs, agent frameworks, semantic search or on-device inference.
Solid Windows or systems-level engineering experience.
Experience in building scalable and reliable platforms.
Collaborate with multiple groups and teams to drive technical strategic decisions.
Proven cross-group technical leadership and excellent communication skills.
