Ericsson söker flera mjukvaruutvecklare för att arbeta med utvecklingen av 5G, 6G och framtida kommunikationsteknologier. Rollen innebär design och utveckling av mjukvara för Ericsson's packet core solutions med fokus på mikrotjänster i molnmiljöer. Ett starkt intresse för telekomlösningar och packet core är önskvärt.

Ansvarsområden

Design and development of fast, efficient, and well-structured software for the user plane in Ericsson’s packet core solutions.
Work with microservices deployed in cloud environments, gaining experience with cloud technologies, containerized systems, and modern software tools.
Contribute to the complete feature-development process: initial studies, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues to explore new technical solutions and develop features using modern technologies.
Participate in the initial system testing of the team’s deliverables.
Explore AI-driven software development and use AI tools to support learning, problem-solving, and development work.

Krav

A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Good programming skills, preferably in C or a similar language such as C++, Rust, or Go.
Experience with Linux or UNIX environments.
An interest in software development and problem-solving.
A strong interest in telecom solutions, packet core, or communication networks—or a clear curiosity and willingness to learn more about these areas.
A willingness to learn, collaborate, and take on new challenges.
An interest in artificial intelligence and AI-agent development.
An interest in learning more about the telecommunications industry.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience or knowledge in cloud and container technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, Amazon EKS, OpenStack, or VMware.
Experience or knowledge in real-time software development.
Experience or knowledge in AI-agent development.
Experience or knowledge in networking, including L2/L3 protocols, VPN, 3GPP standards, TCP, UDP, L2TP, or TLS.
Experience or knowledge in packet core, datacom, or telecommunications.
Python programming.
