HCLTech is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MS Teams, Microsoft Teams Voice, and Sharepoint Online in Bengaluru. This role involves troubleshooting Voice protocols on Oracle SBC/ECB and requires strong analytical and networking skills within a banking environment.

Ansvarsområden

Troubleshoot Oracle SBC/ECB and Voice protocols.
Configure Oracle SBC/ECB.
Perform packet level analysis using Wireshark.
Manage incident, change, and problem management adhering to strict standards.
Communicate effectively on projects and tasks with peers.
Adapt to an agile work environment.
Promote cooperation and recognition of contributions.
Be flexible to work in shifts.

Krav

Very good understanding of Oracle SBC, ECB and administration experience on Voice protocols.
Troubleshooting skills on Oracle SBC/ECB.
Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform.
Strong experience on IP telephony and its monitoring tools.
Work experience on Configuration of Oracle SBC / ECB, Wireshark tool, Oracle EOM.
Protocol Knowledge : SIP, RTP, TDM, ISDN, UDP, TCP, TLS, SNMP, Radius, LDAP, DHCP, DNS and HTTPS.
Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking down to packet level analysis.
Good understanding on SIP RFC 3261.
DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to operate effectively within a high-governance banking environment.
Candidate must perform consistently with strict adherence to all internal standards for incident management, change management and Problem management.
Ability to maintain appropriate level of communication on projects/tasks with peers.
Good business understanding and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to agile way of work.
Ability to promote cooperation and recognition of contributions to collective efforts.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
