Ansvarsområden

Plans, develops, and tests NonStop jobs and job schedules for new reports, data extracts, or extracts.
Schedules on-demand NonStop jobs for client reports and extracts.
Creates and maintains accounts on Axway Secure Transport for file transfers.
Creates and maintains Axway routing subscriptions for sFTP processing.
Manages SSH and PGP keys.
Monitors and resubmits file transfers in case of errors.
Works with IDS or vendor on communication errors.
Monitors Axway system performance and collaborates on troubleshooting/reboots.
Ensures timely resolution of escalated tickets and incidents using advanced monitoring and event analysis techniques, adhering to SLA and quality standards.
Mentors team members and administrators, provides guidance on monitoring tools and best practices, prepares SOPs, and maintains documentation.
Validates change order implementation plans using monitoring tools, ensuring compliance with human error protocols.
Participates in capacity planning discussions to optimize resource allocation.
Fosters positive customer relationships by engaging in meetings, capturing feedback, and addressing issues.
Conducts in-depth analyses, including root cause and trend analysis, using monitoring data to generate reports and insights for stakeholders.

Krav

Proficient in monitoring tools and technologies related to event monitoring and incident management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and trend analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices in incident management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
Certification in relevant monitoring and automation tools (Optional but valuable).
