Qualcomm is looking for a Simulation Camera Systems Software Engineer in Guangdong, China to develop, debug, and maintain tools supporting ISP pipeline IQ progress. The role involves assisting customers, accelerating issue resolution, and ensuring smooth image quality evaluation. Some travel is required for onsite support.

Ansvarsområden

Assisting customers with pipeline customization and workflow setup for the simulator tool.
Debugging to accelerate issue solving for the simulator tool.
Supporting tool use to make image quality evaluation smooth.
10~20% domestic or oversea travel is required for onsite support.

Krav

Experienced in embedded firmware/software development.
Familiarity with both objective and subjective video image quality assessment methodologies.
Good software development and debugging skills in C and C++.
Embedded programming experience.
Understanding of Android stack/Platform.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Snapdragon software flow and ISP is a plus.
Good analytical, problem solving and written communication skills.
Background in computer vision, machine learning, sensor and color calibration, and Android development is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of camera systems and image quality evaluation metrics is a plus.
