Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Manager in Kent, WA to lead a team of Service Technicians. Responsibilities include developing the service business, managing customer relations, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Develop the service business in the assigned region/area.
- Meet or exceed established business goals and maximize profit levels.
- Oversee the daily operations of a team of Service Technicians, providing leadership and support.
- Plan and control the daily workload of Service Technicians and provide technical support.
- Visit customers to provide advice on service standards and sell service plans, products, and training.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and resolve service issues.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Arrange safety training for Service Technicians.
Krav
- 5-7 years of directly relevant experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures and OSHA regulatory compliance required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as in IBM Lotus Notes applications.
- Some travel required.
- Valid driver’s license.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Two or four-year technical college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within the Atlas Copco Group is preferred.
