ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Coordinator in Monroe, NC, to manage service requests, schedule technicians using FMP360, and process customer data in BAAN. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring timely service execution, supporting parts ordering, and maintaining high customer satisfaction, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Ansvarsområden

Manage all aspects of customer service, including answering calls, entering customer information in BAAN, and scheduling service calls.
Dispatch technicians efficiently via FMP360 and provide quotes when required.
Collect and accurately relay all required service call information in BAAN.
Provide status updates on orders to customers and the Key Account group.
Forward new equipment sales leads to Sales Representatives.
Maintain monthly reports for key customers.
Act as a liaison between production and sales.
Assist with answering corporate calls.

Krav

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and pleasant telephone voice.
Positive attitude and grace under pressure; ability to juggle many projects simultaneously.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to take direction well.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a group.
High-energy, results-oriented approach.
Reliable, disciplined, and punctual with consistent attendance.
Overtime may be required.
