This Senior Test Lead position requires 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure (Linux/Windows OS) and 3-4 years in OAT testing. The role involves understanding IT infrastructure, NFRs, deriving OAT scenarios, and performing end-to-end OAT testing from offshore.

Ansvarsområden

Perform end-to-end OAT test activities from Offshore.
Understand testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and testing tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Experience in Test planning, Scheduling and Execution.
Experience in tools used for Server Alerts & Monitoring - Tivoli, Spectrum Protect, AppDynamics & Any point.
Experience in Linux/Windows Support and OAT testing (Server Resilience, Security, Recoverability, Installation/Deployment, Alert Monitoring, Maintainability).
Familiarity with non-functional testing (Performance, Security, Accessibility).

Krav

5 to 8 years of experience in Infrastructure (Linux/Windows OS) domain.
3-4 years of experience in OAT testing.
Technically sound to provide guidance & do hands-on work.
Understand IT infrastructure on premise and in cloud environments.
Good knowledge of key infrastructure components, data storage, backups, networks and data centers.
Extensive experiment on understanding NFR and deriving OAT scenarios.
Good knowledge of AWS Cloud.
Understand patching, upgrades and deployment via DEVOPS pipeline.
Experience in Database technology – SQL/ Oracle/DB2 failover testing.
Excellent communication skills.
