We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and satisfaction with digital and AI-powered solutions. The role requires expertise in modern application ecosystems like Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and .NET, as well as Microsoft AI Foundry-based solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and ensure successful product adoption.
Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Understand customer goals and align product capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
Manage customer onboarding, training, adoption, and engagement activities.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to resolve customer issues and enhance user experience.
Drive customer retention, renewals, and growth opportunities.
Monitor product usage, adoption metrics, and customer health scores.
Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product enhancement recommendations.
Support implementation and adoption of applications built using Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and .NET technologies.
Guide customers on AI-powered capabilities leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry, including Copilots, AI Agents, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews, success planning, and executive stakeholder meetings.
Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams to support account growth.
Create customer success plans, adoption roadmaps, and value realization reports.
Track and report customer success KPIs, adoption trends, and business outcomes.

Krav

9 to 12 years of overall experience with strong Customer Success, Account Management, Product Management, or Delivery Management background.
Understanding of modern web application architectures using Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and .NET.
Experience working with cloud and AI-based solutions.
Exposure to Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Copilots, AI Agents, and Generative AI solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
Strong problem-solving, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with SaaS products and digital transformation programs.
Exposure to Azure Cloud ecosystem.
Experience working with AI-driven customer engagement platforms.
Knowledge of Agile delivery models and product development lifecycle.
