We are seeking an Informatica IDMC MDM Application Support Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role involves application monitoring, incident resolution, data quality support, and ensuring reliable MDM operations.

Ansvarsområden

Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica IDMC MDM applications.
Monitor and support MDM processes, data loads, match/merge operations, and data stewardship activities.
Troubleshoot application, data, and integration-related incidents within SLA timelines.
Support Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and MDM SaaS services.
Perform SQL analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and root cause investigation.
Resolve data quality, duplicate record, survivorship, and hierarchy management issues.
Monitor interfaces, APIs, and integrations between MDM and source/target systems.
Support deployments, releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Collaborate with business users, data stewards, developers, and infrastructure teams.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by clients.
Undertake training programs for new joiners.
Perform knowledge transition during project enhancements.
Document all defined processes and methods for ticket resolution and troubleshooting.
Update self on latest technologies and related areas.

Exposure to Informatica CAI, API Manager, and Mass Ingestion.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise applications.
Python/Shell scripting for support automation.
