Seeking a Senior Specification Specialist to build relationships with developers and architects, create proprietary specifications, and identify project opportunities. The role involves providing technical solutions, promoting product ranges, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue within the construction products sector.

Ansvarsområden

Build and maintain relationships with developers and architects, acting as the primary contact for design-related inquiries.
Develop proprietary specifications for systems and promote the product range.
Identify and hand over potential projects to the sales team to convert into revenue.
Provide technical solutions and value-engineering proposals to meet project requirements.
Conduct presentations and trainings.
Support sales personnel in client meetings regarding specification matters.
Maintain the CRM system and provide market intelligence on competitors and market direction.

Krav

Sales or specification experience in building materials, architectural products, doors & hardware, security solutions, M&E, construction products, or project sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to present confidently and convincingly to individuals and various audiences.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
