Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration for high-performance outcomes.
Proactively identify, assess, and address risks, issues, and escalations with robust mitigation plans.

Track and report on the performance of transitioned processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
