Drive value creation and implement process enhancements to optimize program efficiency.
Build strong relationships with key Program Partners/Stakeholders and manage their interests.
Optimize engagement profitability by identifying and implementing improvement strategies.
Understand business engagements through proactive client interaction.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration for high-performance outcomes.
Identify, assess, and address risks, issues, and escalations with robust mitigation plans.

Krav

Strong knowledge of safety and chemistry domains.
Proven experience in product management.
Hands-on experience in JIRA/Confluence.
Expertise in value creation, User story development, and backlog maintenance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of product management best practices.
